We're excited to announce our latest EvC beer in collaboration with Calgary's own The Establishment Brewing Company. Earth, Wind vs. Fire is described as:
"Baked Bread, Honey, Soft. Like a crisp autumn afternoon in a glass, this malt-rich experience is explicitly refreshing with a seasonally appropriate touch of honeyed sweetness. Crafted with a novel heritage malt, it delivers a smooth, inviting flavour that honours this legendary style."
The Backstory: Years before the establishment of Establishment, two of its owners (Mike and Brandon) worked with David for a summer on a proof of concept for Carbon Engineering's direct air carbon capture system. Since then, they have stayed connected with David and follow EvC, which led to conversations about tasty this collab.
